Chewy chocolate chip cookies

On Sunday I decided to make chewy chocolate chip cookies, I had stumbled upon the recipe on the Internet and decided to give it a go. They were really easy to make and very tasty ;) Here is the recipe:

2 egg whites
2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 tablespoon marsansåspulver (vanilla sauce mix)
100 g chopped chocolate (white)

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Beat the egg whites and powdered sugar with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes, then gently stir in the cocoa and the vanilla sauce mix. Mix until dough is smooth and then stir in the chopped chocolate. When it's ready put small amounts of the batter on a baking tray with baking paper, you can make around 8-10 cookies out of the batter. Even though the cookies don't float together while in the oven, you can leave some space between. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 13-15 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly and enjoy.
