Dentist

I had an appointment with the dentist at 8:00 this morning and I looked in my calendar as late as yesterday to establish that. But what happens... I completely forget about it and don't realise it until about lunch time. Woops! Have to ring them tomorrow and make a new appointment but I'm afraid to since I feel so bad about it..
